Shipping Policy

  1. Shipping charges are determined by the Product’s packing size, weight and delivery location, and subjected to GST charges.
  2. All deliveries of the Products will be made by our various logistic partners such as GDEX, KTM, Pos Laju Malaysia or any other courier service provider as may be appointed from time to time
  3. Alternatively, to check the status of an order, you may enquire about the status of your order via email at sales@portes.my;
  4. All parcels will be delivered by courier and will require a signature on delivery. If you are out when the carrier attempts to deliver your Product, the courier company may leave a card with a contact number for you to arrange a new delivery date. If the Product is small enough to fit through a letterbox, it may be delivered by Pos Malaysia, which will not require a signature;
  5. Shipping address cannot be changed once the Product(s) are shipped;
  6. If the delivery is to your home address, it would be advisable to ensure that someone is home to receive the Products. If not, we recommend using an alternative address such as your office address for delivery.
  7. In the event that you are not home at the time of delivery, you may have to remit additional delivery charges
  8. Shipping time may vary depending on the your location, please allow two (2) to seven (7) Working Days for delivery. For location in Sabah and Sarawak, it may take up to ten (10) Working Days for the Products to be delivered to you. However delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors or events outside our control, for example extreme weather, a flood or fire. We shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales;
  9. Risk of loss and damage of Products passes to you on the date when the Products are delivered to you.
